This is the Federal and Student Aid web portal – the agency that is responsible for all types of government funded loans.
Please keep in mind, you must be a US resident (or green card holder) or citizen to be eligible for FEDERAL government funded loans (for private loans, like Sallie Mae Loans, it may be different), unless you have a co-signer who is a US citizen or permanent resident.
