How can I find information on the men and companies that commit mortgage fraud ?

My home was taken from me by mortgage fraud, I can not afford an attorney. I have legal aid. They have now given me two attorney’s. They have informed me , I definently have been scammed. But because it is so detailed and so much involved , Because they are a free service only so much time can be invested into my case. If I can help by finding information out about these preditors , It will help me . as of now I’m basically screwed unless I can see if they have done this before. I do I search online for information on who has commited mortgage fraud. I’ve tried FBI files and many others please help me stop them from doing this to another family with children. They took advantage of me at my low time.

The title company was closed due to fraudulent transactions. What happened was the title company did not payoff the old mortgage. So, my friend now has 2 outstanding mortgages instead of one. The Insurer of the title company said they have limited access to the title company’s files thus delaying the process. Meanwhile, my friend has submitted all the closing documents to the Insurer of the title company but still they did not honor that and they did not pay yet the old mortgage company. My friend now is paying 2 mortgages. Instead of expecting a lower monthly payments, he is now paying double the amount of his original mortgage monthly payments. Any help please?

who thinks the following is mortgage fraud. I have to go in front of unemployment board because I left on grounds of mortgage broker was breaking the law when she told me about a borrower in reference to his loan, quote “He disclosed to me he has YET another house(3). This will toss the loan if its detected…” so another words she is hiding it from the bank. Any opinions on this

or for those who were not victims of outright mortgage fraud?
How do they explain the record mortgage foreclosures and still rising for those people? and how do they explain that certain regions or certain major cities of the USA have way more foreclosures than others?
For those for whom my question is not clear enough, I am referring to people who got regular A paper non subprime mortgages who did not lie or pad their assets and played by the rules and got regular fixed rate mortgages etc.. who are still losing their homes in record numbers.

mortgage fraud?

i have recently obtained a house by fixing my income to be eligible for the mortgage.
i am in the middle of a courtcase which is up to the point i left my partner.can they investigate my affairs since i left him or would that be my buisness.
please proper advice, i needed the house so me and my daughter could have a roof over our head, as he kept all.
the mortgage is in my sole name… this is why i had to doctor my income.
I bought it after we split, as he kept all 5 houses.
