Low Rate Loans

How can a person consolidate their loans clear down cheaper than the federal government originally offers it for? There must be a catch for these companies to make money, right? Are these set up like credit cards, where you have to pay on time everytime and if you miss a payment and try to make up for it by sending extra, they’ll add on their fee and raise your interest to whatever they want to charge? Does it lock up everything you own as well?

Unfortunatly I need a payday loan. Where can I get one for maximum amount?
Posted by: | CommentsSo I have my grandfather in the hospital out of state and I need a payday loan. I know they are high interest but I need one. Most loans only give you like 300 dollars at first but I need one where I can get at least 500 up front. I’d prefer the no faxing ones cause I have no time for that. Or if you know a traditional loan for someone with bad credit help me out. Thanks.
And please don’t spam. I don’t want no Nigerian out of country loan like Mrs. Jane here. I need a legit loan.

Posted by: | CommentsI have an old student loan. I owe $18,000. $9000 of that is interest! I have never paid on these loans…………….I know they are not going away and I need to get something figured out. What should I do? Someone told me there is a way to make some sort of deal to get the debt knocked down but i cannot pay anything off, i would only be able to make small monthly payments. The loans are from 1991, any advice?

Would Real Estate and Mortgage Fraud make employnment worse?
Posted by: | CommentsI just read incredible article in local Florida newspaper of a police roundup of dozens of real estate, mortgage, appraisars, accountants, attorneys, etc. in two different cases. And many more of these arrests for different companies and individuals is expected.
So I wonder, been the market the way it is now, with wall street being thankfully helped by the U.S. Government, due to the real estate mess, how about the thousands of people who are left jobless once their bosses go to jail, or while the trials go on. People only tend to think of the homes not being sold, which is pretty bad in itself. But there are apparently thousands of people around the country who made those loans illegally to start with. And now the poor employees for those companies will have no job.

How long should you wait to apply for loans after paying down credit?
Posted by: | CommentsI am in the process of paying down my credit cards. I have four cards and currently they all about 90% maxed out. If i have them all below 30% in Novemeber. How long should i wait to apply for a loan to get cheapest rate? Also, I recently opened two new accounts about 3 months old. How long before they will show a positive look on my credit score? Because i read somewhere that opening new accounts has a negative affect on credit at first.
Let me clarify on these four accounts, 2 of the 4 are new accounts.

Auto Loan, Student Loan, & Financial Aid Help?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m currently thinking of applying on all three this summer. I have a full-time job but seeking to replace with a part-time job to pay my bills and make room for school. I plan on applying for 2 loans: $10,000 for auto and another $15,000 on student loan. I have limited credit history of 8 months with a credit score ranging from 640-660 maybe even at 680 due to regular payments on my 2 credit card bills. I’ve had my current job for a year and a month but working here won’t get me anywhere that is why I decided to further my career by going back to college. I am also currently applying for my financial aid as a full-time student to help out with school’s tuition and expenses. I could probably deal with $400-500 a month payments for the two loans and I have minimal payments for my living and misc expenses. But would this be a good decision? I need experienced individuals to advice and give suggestions pls. Thank you very much!
