Where can I get a cheap auto loan?

I am going to pay 16500 to my current car loan, than sell that car for 10grand. the 8500 from the 25grand will go to a new car. and the 10grand from selling my car now will go to the 25grand loan. Does that make sence and where can I get this loan with bad credit?

What are the chances I could be in trouble for mortgage fraud?
Posted by: | CommentsI posted a question regarding evicting my parents from my home. I did a stated income, “low doc” loan, otherwise known as the “liar’s loan” these days. I have excellent credit and had used my parents’ money from their home sale as the downpayment around 11% of the purchase price. I have the home on the market becuase I can no longer live with my dysfunctional parents (I bought a home for all of us, with much discomfort, and they are alcoholics.). I learned the hard way not to give my life to them anymore. But I’m worried. I did overstate my income. I have my mom’s inheritance savings in my name to pay the mortgage for a couple of years. I signed a form authorizing release of my tax records. I heard that even if I stay on time with payments, I could still get in trouble for fraud because I overstated my income. I stated assets correctly, but they’re being used to pay the mortgage. My dad was supposed to help pay but isn’t. Hence the proposed sale.
What I read was that the companies do spot checks on 10 percent of their loans. If I am always on time with payments, why would they foreclose on me? I’m scared. I hope the house sells first, but there is always that what if, especially with this market.
I just bought this house 6 months ago. I now drive 90 miles a day to/from work…I know I can’t afford life itself right now…but I’ll find a way to stay current on payments. I hate having to pay it with savings. I figured they would be ridiculous to demand full repayment if they are getting their money on time every month…

Why does my lender want me to refinance my student loan?
Posted by: | CommentsI keep receiving mail from my lender telling me to refinance before July 1, when the rate on my current, adjustable rate student loan will increase. I understand how this benefits me, but what does my lender get out of the deal? Why are they advertising this? Do they expect rates to drop enough over the course of the loan that I would be better off sticking with the adjustable rate?

Should I get a payday loan for my current dilemma?
Posted by: | CommentsMy transmission broke down on my RV. Currently that’s where I live and it’s what I use to get to work. The work is done but I’m short paying it off until at least one more paycheck comes in. And they won’t give it back until I pay it in full. Should I get a payday loan?

Who can help me with my loan modification ?
Posted by: | CommentsI am trying to avoid foreclosure, I want to modify my current loan so it is affordable for me. I am using a credit counselor (Acorn Housing) not going to well with that. Would it be better to use an attorney or anyone can refer me to a organization who has a past record of success with helping homeowners modifying home loans.
