You can request anything, but No, this won’t be granted.

Yes, this is possible. But it gets much more complicated during the bankruptcy process. Every single thing must be approved by the judge. But that judge may be handling 5,000 cases at the same time. They really do these BK filings by the hundreds.
You can include your house in the BK or you can leave it out and keep it. But you only keep it by making the payments in full and on-time..
