Any reputable banks will have only very narrow varitions in the rates they offer you.
Most likely your rate will be determined by your creditworthiness, length of loan, amount financed and any points you pay.
However, over the course of a 30 year loan, even a small variation can have a big impact.
You will need to personally shop reputable banks and services for the rates and fees that best match up to your needs.
