cheap loans

Bad credit-maxed them out for college but paying them off.

No job-I will be working within three weeks

No money yet-meaning I need money not the other way around I talked to many and I see there view to protect themselves ifI don’t pay but I need money they could even take it out of the loan. And I don’t care about how high the rates are.

Why I need it-Am 19 and sadly my mom is abusive to me…yells..even kicked my room door off and dared me to say anything about my loose 15 year old sister and I am tired of crying everyday I had enough so I need it for a cheap place and school. I can’t even date!

I don’t mind giving out any information about me even my picture! They could even see me in person if they want am not going to steal loan money am not that type of person who gets helpped and doesn’t pay back.

If any you can also e-mail me at:

Thanks.

Student Loan deal with Parents?

Posted by: admin | Comments (3)
student loan deal

Hi all,

I’m in kind of a pickle. My finaid package came in for school, and I need $16,000 to make up the difference to pay tuition. My parents originally refused to cosign, and since then I’ve been declined loan after loan because i have no credit and no cosigner. Thing is, they agreed to give me $3,000 for the year, but not cosign a loan.
SO, in order to get approved for a loan, I NEED a cosigner. I was thinking of striking up a deal with my parents: Keep the $3,000 as “insurance” for my loan. If I fall back on a payment or can’t find a job 6 mo. after graduating next year, they can use that money to pay the loan if the loan company goes after them.
How does this sound? Would you do it if your child was a senior in college and ready to graduate in a year?
Just some extra info.

I work part-time in the summer and I just got a second job. I’m very savvy with money and save most of what I earn. There is no logical explanation for this other than my parents are crazy.

PS. I already filled out the fafsa and got $7500 in fed loans. And I go to a state school.

secured loan problem

I have multiple charge offs steming from about 5 years ago, 2 of which are in the process of taking me to court. This was prior to college. I now make close to 68,000 dollars a year, and am in the process of paying 350 a month to a charge off, and 500 a month to old college loan. I currently have 3 small credit cards which I am making current payments on, to establish a recent good payment history. Currently my fica is 609, 561, and 591 respectivly.

After I pay off one of my 5k charge offs, and am no longer in default on my college loans (about 3 more months for both) and continue current payments on my 3 new credit accounts… Do you think I can get a loan for 10thousand to settle with the rest of my charge offs and finally take care of this problem?

Thanks

By UF I mean the University of Florida, I need some way to network myself with the soon to graduate and the med school/law school/graduate school students.
I don’t need a debt consolidation company, I’m going to start working for one. I need to advertise for it.

Is this a mortgage Fraud?

Posted by: admin | Comments (3)
mortgage fraud

I reside in FL, I purchased a house about a year ago in November, before I got the house I got an estimate on my taxes and it was used to create my good faith estimate.
During the closing, I noticed that my PMI has increased but the total payment for the mortgage was less than the good faith estimate, I asked my loan officer about that and she explained something about a lower percentage which led to higher PMI but my overall mortgage was about the same so I believed her.
A year later I discovered there was shortage in my escrow account by $2000 which increased my monthly payment by $200 because the taxes they used was less than the amount on my good faith estimate.
I confronted the lender, who sent me to the loan officer and they blamed the title agency, and the title agency said they entered the value given to them by the loan officer.
At this point, I don’t know if I should get an attorney or report this as a fraud. I really don’t know what to do to resolve this issue.

mortgage fraud

I know of so many mortgage brokers who falsified client documents so they could qualify for homes they without a doubt, couldn’t afford. This is why our economy is tanking and honest, hard working people have to pay the price? Why don’t they throw these mortgage brokers who falsified documents in jail? Or at the very least, penalize them for their fraud?

They made fat commissions, lived the high life and now we have to pay for it?
